I blog, therefore I am

Forgive the silliness, but the title does have a certain truth to it. I blog when I have a semblance of free time and for the last three weeks or some the semblance has vanished. With Dave on a two week trip to Montana and D catching his first cold that involved a lot of coughing the days and nights have been long but short on time. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have the company of both sets of grandparents at various points during the two weeks to help during large parts of the days. Mizz basked in all the additional attention although appears to have suffered a serious set back in the realm of all things potty. Bluh. I fear for what it would have been like with Grandpa and Gran and Grandpa and Tutu, so once again, a HUGE thanks to you guys. We loved having you and it made Dave's absence much, much easier.

Baby, baby, baby

Happy five month birthday Baby D!

He is a roly poly, non pacifier sucking, squawking monkey who is changing so fast! D has decided to forgo the pacifier in lieu of his fingers. In fact, it's pretty hard these days to get a picture of him without his hands in his mouth or his tounge sticking out.

I dare you to click on one of the pics to check out the magnitude of his eye lashes--they blow me away!
